Job Responsibilities
Check the BoQ according to solution.
Identify and submit the list of missing materials for ordering
Weekly checking of ZZ report till material delivery in the country
Prepare TSS templates according to SoW
Define project in SDE tool, upload TSS template and sites list
Lead the site supervisors in doing site surveys of the sites planned
Summarize key inputs from TSS reports
Prepare Site Material Request
Prepare SID templates
Prepare PAC template
Manage IE team in doing SID for all the sites.
Manage warehouse team in doing materials reception/delivery
Manage ASP/SS in doing site installation
Handle faulty units claims during rollout
Prepare As built/C-Module templates for each technology.
Manage IE team in doing As built/C-Module for the sites completed
Responsibilities in supporting warehouse team
Lead hardware inventory, analyze and advice early starting of rollout before material arrival in the country
Full support to warehouse team in handling and delivering Ericsson materials
Material tracking
Responsibilities in supporting Solution Architect
Full support to solution architect team by providing network key inputs for BoQ preparation
BoQ draft preparation as per SoW
Review BoQ according to solution and submit the list of missing materials if there is any, for ordering
