Duration: 6 – 12 Months

Job description: 
5+ years RF experience with LTE & 5G
Engineer will be responsible for 5G SA Network KPI monitoring, performance, & optimization to ensure customer satisfaction with Condor network. 
Engineer will evaluate and onboard tools, and will ensure Golden Standard Parameters network alignment. 
Develop and review KPI trending reports to ensure optimal coverage, quality, and utilization of Condor network, and will use field testing and desktop tools to Optimize and troubleshoot. 
Will verify SW load updates are improving/maintaining performance and will also be responsible for PCI, neighbor, TAC, SAS, layer management configuration best practices to ensure network reliability and throughput.
