Factors Affecting Throughput in LTE :- Low mcs, Low sinr, Low rsrq , high prb usage, wrong earfcn Definition, no Carrier aggregation ör missing ca configuration, Pci , Route sequence index collision, Wrong tac planning, gateway security problem, etc. air quality (now sinr, rsrq, etc etc), modulation level. Required Skill set

*Network Planning 2G, 3G & LTE
*Designing, Planning & Optimization for new and existing sites in the network.
*Execute reengineering, coverage and quality improvement works
*VIP/VVIP customer complaints troubleshooting and solutions for coverage issue
*Managing departmental CAPEX and OPEX and new technical products tender evaluation
*Supporting new features, special event requirement, Highway improvement, MAVENS experiences
Supporting HOR / MBS on enhance customers perception
*Site ROI and manage pre SAR /TIC approval
*Voice and Data Optimisation to maintain or improve KPI ( Data Throughput, DCR, CSSR,etc) , Feature trial and implementation and support frequency planning activities for 2G, 3G and 4G.

What are you accountable for?

*Responsible for 2G, 3G & LTE planning, cell design , optimisation and implement a robust Maxis telecommunications Network in line with desired Network's KPI (Key Performance Index) to support the departmental goals in capacity and coverage requirement.
*Work closely with Maxis Vendors Ericsson and Huawei to improve network Quality and performance.
Cross-functioning activities with Field Operation, Technical Operation, Transmission, SAIL, ITN and vendors in resolving hardware or other issues in the mobile network, as well as implementing new features and network re-engineering.
*Lead the sub-region to develop and implement strategies / plans for network Planning & and manage the priorities or focuses from time to time. Based on the requirement by sales and marketing and the input from the customer care/service center, plan and design the system and to prioritize and schedule the build plan to meet the requirement. Respond to customer complaints and provide the RF solution to fix the problems to support the Business team i.e. SME and MBS.
*Assisting Manager to develop and implement strategies for network planning for RF and capacity. Interact with RF Design & BSS Design group on BSC /RAN/ MSC, LAC (location Area Code), cell planning, re-engineering, cell database and RAN network configuration and dimensioning. Also the capacity planning dimensioning requirement

What do you need to have for this role?

*Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree Specialized in: Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mobile Communication Engineering.
*Possess 4 - 6 years of working experience in Mobile Communication Engineering.
Radio Network Design, Operations and Dimensioning- end to end network planning and capacity utilization
*Good leadership and able to work independently while leading a team of engineers, vendors & contractors, showing good results in project executions
*Tools- TEMS, NEMO, Motorola OMCR, Ericsson OSSRC, Huawei U2000, IPX Probe, Optima, NCR, EPS, NASTAR, PRS, Actix One, Actix Spotlight, Actix Atoll
