Job Description
- Manage Ran and Transmission Network Planning/Build/Operations
- Ensure KPIs/KQIs/SLAs for Optimisation managed services
- Manage a 40+ engineers team.
- Assurance of Best in Class Network and Customer Experience in Western Cape Region for our customer
- Be the Technical Representative at Steering Comitee and at C-Level
- Define/ Advise/ Develop Network Development strategies to ensure Best Network and customer experience across 2/3/4/5G networks
- Support of Rollout
Experience/Qualities required:
- 15+ in Mobile Network industry
- Proven Experience of managing high performing teams
- Knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/5G Network planning/optimisation
- Proven successful delivery in KPIs/KQIs driven project
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong leadership, Not afraid to be hands-on to resolve issues
- Problem solving skills
