A LTE technical team lead vacancy has arisen with my client, an established and renowned semiconductor start-up organisation that provides silicon and solutions for the latest wireless basestation & femtocels.
This is a hugely technical and demanding technical project lead role and would suit someone with an extensive wireless development track record (3GPP/LTE/OFDM/UMTS/etc) and gravitas in the wireless communications community.
Candidates will have the following technical experience:
- hands -on and management of wireless development, ideally of 3GPP Node B technology
- PHY layer architecture/implementation experience, ideally in LTE or other OFDM-based technology
- broad familiarity across 3GPP L3, L2, L1 and the inter-working of network elements
- strong project management experience
- strong interpersonal, communication and people management skills
- experience in working on multi-site projects preferred.
