Tangent International are urgently looking for a RF Optimization Manager to work a 6 month rolling contract based in Dubai.
Job Description:
- Responsible to make project optimization plan for all regions (including the resource plan) according to project milestone.
- Organize internal and Outsourcing teams to execute the plan, end-to-end monitor and manage the optimization progress, ensure all targets can be finished on time.
- Responsible in monitoring the optimization progress, cost, quality control, PAC.
- Coordinates and solves critical issues from engineering, outsource, logistics, technique teams.
- Able to maintain good relationship with customers and improve customer satisfaction.
- Interface with customers, organize customer meetings and escalate main issues to the project management team.
- Organize optimization teams, define the KPI for all team staff and evaluate the performance.
- Manage subcontractors, organize subcontractor meetings. Conduct subcontractor workload confirmation.
- Prepares daily project reports via email and EPMS system and report to project management team base on PMO regulation.
