Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the debugging, commissioning, technical support, upgrade and cutover, troubleshooting, network KPI monitoring and on-site management of wireless products (2/3/4G).
2. Summarize and output commissioning, debugging, and maintenance experience and guide documents, and provide on-site maintenance engineers and customers with technical training, guidance, and exchanges.
3. Organizes and delivers on-site engineering maintenance.
4. Take charge of daily communication and communication with the customer, maintain and improve customer relationship, and improve customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
1.more than 3 years experience in a related field .
2.Bachelor degree or above in a related field.
