Tangent International are urgently looking for a Rollout Manager to work a 6 month rolling contract based in Ethiopia (Addis Ababa)
- Prepare the power plan for monthly target and Follow up all electromechanical related activities up to target achievement and sites hand over to manage service department.
- Prepare Power Study and Power Consumption for any Expansion and upgrade
- Validate the design of EM equipment and give the technical advice for subcontractors
- Follow up with SCECO subcontractors till SCECO meter installation or getting the rejection letter.
- follow up all generator's delivery from our supplier to site to be on time for sites
- Following Up Sites acceptance & Clearance
- Preparing & Submitting CW , SAQ & EM PAC's
- Following Up customer approvals for PAC's
- Daily and weekly basis reporting to the management
- Plan Quality Management (Perform quality Assurance and quality Control)
- Providing technical support over the CW milestones
- Monitoring tower loads considering current & planned loads
- Ensure site Design activities meet project & local requirements
- Responsible for all technical aspects regarding permits , drawings , construction drawings
- Responsible for static calculations , foundation calculations , studies , soil reports , land surveys & all drawings approval procedures
- Support the region for quality reports & contractors evaluation
- Managing & Monitoring civil work partners through complete reporting & evaluation system
- Providing technical advice for solutions & related complaints
- Identifying & developing partners for all infrastructure requirements' & coordinating with partners for inspection authorities
- Internal communication with Implementation , Network , Solution & Optimization managers
